- Payment Way: 30 percent deposit in required.
- Customer Call-Back: twice per year with phone calls, emails or video talks
- Accessories: we will provide free accessories for each machine in the contract. Adequate spare parts will be included upon shipping for foreign customers. Once accessories break down, please contact with us and we can discuss to find a solution as fast as possible.
- Transportation Mode: Our products are delivered in the way customers ask for. Generally, sea transportation is preferred. We will choose air transport for urgent order.
- Technical Support: Our top-level technical staff are able to quickly solve questions our customers come across during usage with phone calls or emails.
- Test Run: All our machines will be delivered after assembly and test run to fully ensure that they will work properly when customers receive them.
